Unless noted, shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items once shipped.
Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
All items are subject to availability. If any item or size is out of stock at the time of order fulfillment, you will be notified and asked your preference of a refund or an comparable, alternate item/size/color. Because these are custom embellishments, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after the order is placed. Please contact me at sales@whitewolfshops.com if you have any problems with your order. We will investigate any issues with a purchased item and will reply appropriately. Do note that we have conducted extensive testing on all our product embellishment techniques and provide care instructions based on our results.

Licensing
To follow and respect our licensed product agreements, we will not produce or sell any copyrighted products that we are not licensed to sell. Additionally, we reserve the rights to refuse requests that have copyrighted physical or electronic media in which we are not licensed to produce and sell.
White Wolf Shops is licensed to sell to certain organizations through Affinity Gateway. Official licensed goods will have the holographic label affixed to the item.
